Unlocking the Earth’s Engine:

Advanced Geothermal Energy

At its core, our technology is about tapping into the virtually limitless, continuously available heat of the Earth. While traditional geothermal energy relies on finding rare underground pockets of hot water and steam, we are pioneering Unconventional Geothermal systems. Instead of searching for underground water, we go straight to the heat source: super-hot rock and volcanic magma chambers. We are licensors from American Geopower Molten Salt Heat extraction systems invented by David Allan Macbay at Silicon Valley, California.
 

How the "Closed-Loop" System Works !

Think of our technology like a giant, highly advanced underground radiator. Here is how we turn the Earth's extreme heat into reliable electricity:

• The Well and the Pipe: We drill deep into the earth in volcanic zones down from 2 to 4 kilometers where bottom-hole temperatures reach a blistering 350°C to 550°C. Into this well, we insert a specialized, sealed pipe-within-a-pipe system (using advanced concentric piping like THERMOCASE ® VIT  from Vallourec).

• The Heat Carrier: Instead of relying on underground water, supercritical CO2, or any other organic fluid, we pump a specialized fluid molten salt (Hitec XL or Solar Salt) down the outer ring of this piping system. Molten salt is incredibly efficient at absorbing and holding extreme heat.

• The Heat Exchange: As the molten salt travels down into the super-hot zone, it acts like a sponge, soaking up the massive thermal energy from the surrounding volcanic rock.

• Power Generation: The super-heated molten salt is then pushed back up to the surface through the insulated inner pipe, ensuring it loses almost no heat on the way up. Once at the surface, this intense heat is used to boil water in the heat exchanger creating high-pressure superheated steam. This steam spins a high efficiency turbine, generating clean, 100% renewable electricity. The molten salt is then recirculated back underground in a continuous, never-ending loop, The useful life of the salt inside the tube 30 years, until replacement need.

Why This is a Game-Changer ?

1. Zero Resource Depletion: Because our system is a "closed-loop," nothing leaves the pipe and nothing enters it from the surrounding rock. We aren't draining underground aquifers needed for human consumption and crops or releasing underground toxic gases and nasty fluids.

2. Industrial Reliability: Traditional solar, hydro and wind power depend on the weather and are Intermittent. Our Unconventional Geothermal plant runs 24/7. It provides the absolute grid reliability and redundancy (N+1 criterion) that massive industrial customers require to keep their operations running without interruption (Baseload Power). This is the key to become energy independent from imported fossil fuels as an efficient country in terms of power production and energy security.

3. Massive Scalability: By proving this technology with our initial 10MW pilot project, we establish the blueprint to scale up to massive 150MW commercial power plants, utilizing the immense thermal power beneath volcanic regions.  Avoiding the need of underground reservoirs we can drill in a more wide range of areas than traditional geothermal at the ring of fire.
